Cílem diplomové práce je na ČOV Mutěnice, která leží ve vinařské oblasti Morava podoblast slovácko, navrhnout technologická opatření, aby při podzimní vinařské kampani nevznikalo extrémní přetížení ČOV Mutěnice. Bude vypracováno několik variant, které mezi sebou budou porovnány.
