Navržený penzion pro seniory s pečovatelskou službou je situován do obce Měřín. Jedná se o zděný, nepodsklepený,dvoupodlažní objekt ze systému POROTHERM. Základové pasy jsou z prostého betonu. Zastřešení je řešeno jednoplášťovou střechou. Rozměry budovy jsou 41,35 x 33,15 metrů. The designed pension for elderly with care servise is situated in Měřín locality. It is the a bricked two-floor object with no cellars, made of POROTHERM system. The base zones are made of the plain concrete. Roof construction is solved by one-shell roof. The dimensions of the building are 41,35 x 33,15 meters.
