Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na motivaci a zároveň stimulaci pracovníků v konkrétní dopravní firmě. Upřesňuje, kdo je zodpovědný za správnou motivaci zaměstnanců a součastně porovnává teoretické poznatky s fakty. Dále práce obsahuje návrh motivačního systému, přímo na míru dané firmě. Informace pro tento systém získám pomoci dotazníkového průzkumu. This diploma thesis focuses on the motivation and stimulation of workers in the specific transport company. It states who is responsible for the proper motivation of employees and simultaneously compares the theoretical knowledge of the facts. Further work includes design of an incentive system, tailor the company. Information for this system I get from a questionnaire survey.
