Diplomová práce je zaměřena na tvorbu podnikatelského plánu pro vytvoření internetového portálu pro snadné založení elektronických obchodů včetně jejich následné administrace. V práci jsou analyzovány podmínky tržního prostředí, konkurence, proces založení takového portálu a jeho údržby. This Master´s thesis is concerned with creation of business plan for establishing an internet portal for easy launch of internet shops including thein follow-up administration. Thesis contains market analysis, competition analysis, the process of establishing such portal and sequential maintenance.
