Tato diplomová práce popisuje parametry elektrické energie a možnosti jejich měření zejména s ohledem na parametry požadované normami. Popisují se zde vybrané distribuované systémy monitorování kvality elektrické energie, které jsou dostupné na trhu. Druhá část práce se zabývá návrhem a realizací nízkonákladového monitoru se vzdálenou zprávou pro nn sítě. Popisuje se zde realizace MySQL databáze pro archivaci naměřených hodnot a realizace webové aplikace pro on-line prezentaci naměřených hodnot. Subject of this master’s thesis deals with the issues parameters of electric power and some possibility of measuring with focusing on norm requiring parameters. There are some distributed power quality monitoring systems described, which are available. The following chapter discusses the suggestion and implementation of the low-cost monitor with remote control for low-voltage networks. The thesis also concerns the using MySQL database for archiving measuring values and implementation of web applications for on-line presentation of the measured values.
