Předložený příspěvek představuje dílčí výsledky rozsáhlého projektu sledujícího účinky cyanotoxinů na ranná vývojová stádia ryb na jejich další vývoj. Vysoké dávky čistého extraktu z biomasy sinic prodlužovaly začátek kulení a snižovaly celkovou délku a hmotnost. Nízké dávky začátek kulení urychlovaly. Kumulativní mortalita, celková délka a hmotnost byly ovlivněny málo. The research in this area is oriented to investigation on effects of cyanotoxins to early life stages and embryo-larval tests of toxicity in last time. High doses of crude extract prolongated start of hatching, increased cumulative mortality a decreased total lenght and weight.Low doses of crude extract stimulated start of hatching. Cumulative mortality, total lenght and weight were influenced little.
