Práce se zabývá problematikou navázání svazku Ti:Safírového laseru do interakní komory v soustavě LIBS+LIFS. Cílem je navrhnout optickou soustavu s požadovanými vlastnostmi. Součástí práce je i teoretický popis základních principů atomové spektroskopie s důrazem na metodu LIBS+LIFS. In this work, the problem of focusing Ti:Sapphire laser beam into LIBS+LIFS interaction chamber is resolved. The task is to design an optical setup with demanded properties. Short theoretical description of the basic principles of atomic spectroscopy, mostly for LIF experiments in LIBS plasma, is also discussed.
