Bakalářská práce obsahuje analýzu nákladů výstavby svépomoci i výstavby na klíč realizované specializovanou firmou. Analýza komparuje jednotlivé druhy nákladu vynaložených na stavbu. V práci jsou také uvedeny sociální aspekty mající souvislost se svépomocnou výstavbou, která mimo jiné zahrnuje vyšší cenu při realizaci stavby firmou ve srovnání s cenou stavby vybudovanou svépomocí. Bachelor thesis contains an analysis of the cost of self-help construction and construction on a turnkey basis by a specialized company. The analysis compares the different types of costs for construction. The thesis contains also the social aspects of buildings self-realization. It means higher price of construction built by specialized company than final lower price of self-help construction.
