Zadání bakalářské práce řeší objekt Centra transferu technologií VUT Brno - Královo pole - na Palackého vrchu v areálu brněnského techologického parku. CTT přestavuje institucionální zázemí pro uplatnění výsledků vývoje a výzkumu na VUT . Je také kontaktním místem pro firmy , které mají zájem o spolupráci s VUT v poskytovaných oblastech. Nejbližší okolí je charakteristické sousedstvím různých funkcí - VŠ, administrativní prostory, prostory pro lehkou výrobu, VŠ koleje. Navržený objekt je čtyřpodlažní, jednoduchý monoblok,který kopíruje tvar pozemku (lichoběžník) je diferenciován na 5 částí. Tyto části umožňují libovolnou pronajímatelnost částí objektu. V objektu se nachází výrobní prostory s vlastním příslušenstvím, administrativa, laboratoře a parkoviště. Dominantním prvkem je vstupní hala, která je prosklená na výšku 3 podlaží.Vstup je orámován rámem z cortenového plechu. Ve vstupní hale se nachází otevřené schodiště s cortenovým zábradlím, což je řešeno v části D -architektonický detail. Zásobování objektu probíhá zezadu budovy, jsou zde vytvořeny manipulační dvory, které přímo navazují na sklady. Budova je orientována převážně podélně, Z -V. ¨Bachelor thesis addresses the subject Technology Transfer Centre Brno - Královo pole- at Palacky hill in the technogy park Brno. TTC represents the institutional framework for the development and application of the results reserch at Brno University of Technology. It is also the contact point for companies interested in cooperation with the Technical University in the provided fields. The closest area is characterized by the proximity of different functions - universities, office spaces, space for light manufacturing, university colleges. The proposed building has four floors, simple monoblock, which replicates the shape of the land (trapezoid) is differentiated into 5 parts. These parts allow any hire parts of the object. The building have productions hall with private facilities, offices, laboratories and parking. The dominant feature is the entrance hall, which is glass and open. Entrance is framed with corteno sheet. In entrance hall is open staircase with corten banister, which is addressed in Part D in architectural detail. Supply object is behind the building, there are manipulating courts which are directly linked to the warehouses. The building is oriented mainly longitudinally - East west.
