Předmětem bakalářské práce je nový rodinný dům pro čtyřčlennou až pětičlennou rodinu v obci Hustopeče nad Bečvou v Olomouckém kraji. Tento rodinný dům je řešen jako zděný stěnový systém vyzdívaný ze systému HELUZ, stropy jsou řešeny stropními nosnými panely HELUZ. Střešní konstrukce je provedena z dřevěných vazníků, jejichž stabilita je zajištěna zavětrováním. Objekt je dvoupodlažní, nepodsklepený, zastřešen šikmou sedlovou střechou o sklonu 32°. Objekt se nachází na rovinném terénu na pozemku bez předešlé zástavby. The subject of the thesis is a new family house for a family of four to five located in the Hustopeče village and its surroundings in the Olomouc region. This house is designed as a brick wall system jacketed from the HELUZ system, ceilings are designed by HELUZ supporting ceiling panels. The roof structure is made of wooden trusses which stability is ensured by the bracing. The building has two floors, without a basement, covered with sloped gable roof with an angle of 32 degrees. The building is located on a flat terrain on the property without the previous development.
