Předložený příspěvek se zabývá sledováním, vyhodnocováním a modelováním vlivu usazených srážek v pramenné oblasti Krkonoš. Tato oblast je dlouhodobě sledována z hlediska hydrologického (jednotlivé komponenty vodní bilance) i ekologického (hlavní složky látkových toků). Monitoring probíhá v povodí Modrý potok (2,62 km2, 1010 - 1554 m n.m.) a na lokalitách Studniční hora (1554 m n.m.) a Labská louka (1370 m n.m.). The present article deals with the observation, evaluation and modelling of the influence of the occult precipitation in the headwater region of the Giant Mts. This region is long-term monitored both fom the hydrologic (the main components of the water balance) and ecological (the main components of the matter fluxes) view points. The monitoring has been established in the Modrý potok experimental basin (2,62 km2, 1010 - 1554 m a.s.l.) and on the Studniční hora Mt. (1554 m a.s.l.) And Labská louka (1370 m a.s.l.) localities.
