Náplní této bakalářské práce je finanční analýza společnosti České dráhy, a.s., která zhodnocuje hospodářské výsledky a výkonnost podniku v souvislosti s růstem konkurence na trhu. Jedná se o vyhodnocení finančního stavu firmy, které následně slouží jako podklad k učinění možných opatření k efektivnější aktivitě podniku. Tato práce sestává z teoretické části, která představuje metodické nástroje analýzy, a z vlastní finanční analýzy zvoleného podniku, která zhodnocuje jeho celkové finanční zdraví. This thesis focuses on the financial analysis of the Czech company České dráhy, a.s. Its main objective is the assessment of current financial results with regards to recent shift in the competitive landscape. The result of such evaluation should serve as an underlying material for implementing new measures on boosting the effectiveness of the business. This thesis consists of a theoretical part which introduces the methodology of the financial analysis and of a practical part which assess the overall financial health of the selected company.
