Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou IT podpory cateringové společnosti. Cílem práce je identifikovat stav trhu s IT prostředky v této oblasti. V prvním kroku je definováno prostředí a jeho specifika. Dále je provedena analýza procesů pomocí metodiky MMABP a uvedena informační potřeba. Posledním krokem je průzkum trhu s IT prostředky v této oblasti. Výsledky této práce by měli pomoci firmám v této oblasti zefektivnit jejich činnost a pomoci s výběrem vhodné IT podpory. This Bachelor Thesis deals with the IT support for catering company. The goal of this thesis is to identify the state of the market with IT support in this area of business. The first step is to define the enviroment and its characteristics. Then create analysis based on the methodology MMABP and mention information needs. The last step is market research in this area of IT support. The results of this thesis can help companies in this area of business improve their activities and help with choosing suitable IT support.
