Promoters of genes involved in biosynthesis of branched-chain amino acids in Corynebacterium glutamicum were mutagenized. The promoters with increased or decreased activities were used for construction of novel valine-overproducing strains Byly mutovány promotory genů Corynebacterium glutamicum účastnících se biosyntézy aminokyselin s větveným řetězcem. Mutantní promotory se sníženou nebo zvýšenou aktivitou byly využity při konstrukci nových kmenů s nadproducí valinu
