Vycházíme z přesvědčení, že učitelé by měli systematicky rozvíjet své kompetence. V tomto příspěvku se zabýváme zkvalitňováním oborově-didaktické a pedologické (Helus) kompetence učitelů prostřednictvím kolektivní reflexe. Základem našich úvah jsou příklady vyučovacích experimentů a následné kolektivní reflexe. The teachers should systematically cultivate their competences. In submitted contribution we deal with improvement of teacherďs subject-didactical and pedagogical/psychological competences. Our considerations are based on samples of teachin experiments and following collective reflection of teachers and researchers.
