Tato diplomová práce se zabýva oceněním podniku EMCO spol. s.r.o. k 1. lednu 2014 pro potencionálního investora. Teoretická část práce vymezuje pojmy související s oceněním podniku jako je finanční analýza, strategická analýza či metody ocenění podniku. Zároveň teoretická část obsahuje metodologii, která je využita v navazující praktické části práce. Praktická část se potom skládá z představení společnosti a jejích konkurentů, strategické a finanční analýzy, finančního plánu včetně generátorů hodnoty a samotného ocenění podniku EMCO spol. s.r.o. V samotném závěru jsou všechny použité metody porovnány. This thesis is focused on valuation of company EMCO spol. s.r.o. as at January 1, 2014 for potentional investor. The theoretical part defines terms related to the valuation of the company such as financial analysis, strategic analysis and valuation methods. The theoretical part also contains a methodology that is used in the following practical part. The practical part then consists of the presentation of the company and its competitors, strategic and financial analysis, financial plan including generators of value and actual valuation of the company EMCO spol. s.r.o. In conclusion all of the methods used are compared.
