V lučních společenstvech dochází se změnou srážkového, vodního a živinového režimu k poměrně rychlým změnám druhového složení, chemismu a mikrobiální aktivity v půdě, které se nejvýrazněji projevují v ekosystému suchých acidofilních trávníků. Jejich dlouhodobá existence je také ohrožena silnou expanzí dlouhostébelných trav jako je Calamagrostis epigejos a Arrhenatherum elatius. Jako nejvhodnější způsob managementu se jeví rotační pastva ovcí a koz s rychlým přeháněním kombinovaná s kosením a odnosem biomasy, která znásobí efekt exportu živin ze systému. On the basis of two project results rotational mixed sheep and goat grazing without housing them combined with mowing to reduce expansion of tall grasses into dry grasslands or into degraded or newly established grasslands is suggested.
