Práce shrnuje aktuální metodiky stanovení CN- zejména v průmyslových odpadních vodách. Je zde dále podrobně popsán způsob stanovení kyanidových iontů po jejich enzymové konverzi na formamid, který se stanoví pomocí HPLC. This work summarizes the current state in the methodology of CN- determination particularly in industrial wastewaters. It also describes in detail the determination of cyanide ions after their enzymatic conversion into formamide, which is determined by HPLC (including the method of preparation of the enzyme).
