Práce se zabývá analýzou implementace ERP systému Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2013 do funkčně řízené společnosti. Cílem práce bylo identifikovat eventuální problémy, které mohou při implementaci tohoto systému nastat, a na základě zjištění doporučit opatření pro budoucí projekty, jež by měla vzniku těchto problémů zabránit nebo jejich negativní působení eliminovat. V teoretické části práce se nejprve zabývám analýzou ERP trhu, specifiky implementačních projektů, dostupnými metodikami a strategiemi implementace ERP systémů. Následně se zabývám analýzou implementace systému NAV 13 do konkrétní společnosti. V praktické části své práce jsem prostřednictvím průzkumu identifikoval nejzávažnější problémy implementace ERP systému NAV 13. Na závěr jsem na základě svých dosavadních zkušeností a odborné literatury doporučil vhodné nástroje či postupy, jak tyto problémy minimalizovat. The subject of this thesis is Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2013 ERP system implementation in functionally driven organization. The goal is to identify eventual problems, which can occur during the implementation of this system, and based on the findings deliver recommendations for the future projects to eliminate or minimize these problems. The scope of the theoretical section is the analysis of ERP market, specifications of ERP implementation projects, available methodologies, ERP system implementation strategies and finally the analysis of Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2013 implementation in specific company. During the research I managed to identify the most critical problems across the stages of ERP system Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2013 implementation. The results provide advice on how to choose suitable tools and procedures to minimize these problems.
