Tato práce se zabývá trhem finančního zprostředkování a distribuce na finančním trhu. Pomocí situační analýzy odhaluje vazby a principy fungování trhu finančního zprostředkování a zaměřuje se na roli regulace finančního trhu a provizní odměny. Analyzuje dopady změn provizního odměňování na různé distribuční modely. This thesis deals with the financial market intermediation and distribution on the financial market. By using situational analysis reveals connections and principles of the functioning of financial intermediation and focuses on the role of financial market regulation and commission fees. Thesis is analyzing the effects of changes in commission system and impact to different distribution models.
