Diplomová práce je zaměřena na inovace státního podniku Česká pošta z pohledu zaměstnanců. V teoretické části jsou definované základní pojmy jako inovace, druhy inovací, inovační proces, měření, hodnocení a financování inovací. Praktická část začíná stručnou charakteristikou České pošty, s. p. a jejích služeb. Dále rozebírá jednotlivé druhy inovací s pohledem zaměstnanců na řízení a význam inovací pro firmu. The thesis is focused on innovation of the state enterprise "Czech Post" from the perspective of employees. The basic concepts as innovation, types of innovation, innovation process, measurement, evaluation and funding innovation are defined in the theoretical part. The practical part starts with a brief characteristic of the "Czech Post" and its services. Further it discusses the different types of innovation with a view of managing employees and the importance of innovation for the company.
