Tato bakalářská práce analyzuje současnou situaci finančního poradenství v České republice. Koncept práce zahrnuje čtyři kapitoly. První z nich pojednává o legislativní úpravě zprostředkovatelské činnosti v pojišťovnictví, je zde definováno kdo a za splnění jakých podmínek tuto činnost může vykonávat. Prostor je také věnován možným změnám této právní úpravy. Druhá kapitola práce klade důraz na nezávislé finanční poradenství, založeném na principu multi level marketingu. Zbylé dvě kapitoly se soustřeďují na konkrétní práci nezávislého finančního poradce s rozlišením na analytickou a poradenskou část. Cílem práce je poukázat na jednotlivé problematické body spojené s finančním poradenstvím ať už se jedná o legislativu, multilevelový způsob distribuce finančních produktů nebo konkrétní výstup finančního poradenství. This bachelor thesis analyzes current situation of financial consulting in the Czech Republic and it is dividend into four chapters. The first one deals with insurance mediaton, different types of insurance mediators and possible changes in insurance mediation. The second part of this thesis places emphasis on independent financial consulting which is based on philosophy of multi level marketing. Last two chapters focus on work of financial consultant in practice which is divided into analytic and consulting part. The aim is to interpret problematic issues related to financial consulting such as legislative, multilevel marketing as well as work of financial consultant in practice.
