Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou nezaměstnanosti v okrese Jablonec nad Nisou mezi roky 2008--2014. Zaměřuje se na determinanty nezaměstnanosti, spolupráci Úřadu práce v Jablonci nad Nisou se zaměstnavateli a efektivitou aktivní politiky zaměstnanosti. Popisuje vzdělanostní strukturu, věkové rozložení, podíl žen a délku evidence nezaměstnaných uchazečů na trhu práce. Dále se zaměřuje na popis vývoje registrované nezaměstnanosti, jeho příčinu i důsledek. Registrovaná míra nezaměstnanosti se v okrese Jablonec nad Nisou dlouhodobě drží v příznivějších hodnotách, než je průměr České republiky, avšak v letech 2009 a 2010 dochází z důvodu ekonomické krize k rapidnímu nárůstu. Na základě analýzy dochází práce k závěru, že nejohroženějším mikroregionem je Tanvaldsko a nejohroženější skupinou jsou dlouhodobě nezaměstnaní. Zároveň práce dochází kzávěru, že Úřad práce v Jablonci nad Nisou pozitivně ovlivňuje trh práce v okrese. Závěrečným doporučením práce je větší zaměření na rizikové skupiny obyvatel a především na oblast Tanvaldska. The bachelor thesis is focused on the analysis of unemployment in the region of Jablonec nad Nisou during years 2008--2014. It is focused on determinants of unemployment, labour office cooperation with employers and the efficiency of the active employment policy. It describes the educational structure, age distribution, proportion of unemployed women and duration records of unemployed job seekers in the labour market. It also focuses on describing the development of the level of registered unemployment, its cause and effect. Registered unemployment rate in the Jablonec nad Nisou region has always been floating at better values than the average values of the Czech Republic, but in years of 2009 and 2010 due to the economic crisis, rapid increase of registered unemployment was noticed. I conclude based on the analysis that the most prone micro region to high rates of unemployment is Tanvald and the most prone group of citizens to unemployment are the long--term unemployed people. I also came to conclusion that the Labour office in Jablonec nad Nisou has a positive influence on the labour market in that region. The final recommendations of this thesis is to focus on the Tanvald micro region and the most prone groups of citizens to unemployment in a more proper way.
