Tato práce pojednává o rekonstrukci 3. NP hospodářského stavení v Pardubicích na šest samostatně fungujících bytových jednotek. Dále zahrnuje průzkum stávajícího stavu objektu, jeho písemný popis a výkresovou dokumentaci. V diplomové práci je provedena finální verze dispozičního řešení bytových jednotek a konstrukční možnosti rekonstrukce. Z průzkumu stávajícího objektu, výběrem varianty dispozičního řešení, konstrukčního řešení a zpřístupnění vyšších pater získáme pevně stanovený tvar budovy. Součástí řešení práce je vyhotovená výkresová dokumentace, tepelně-technické posouzení a statické posouzení nově navrhovaných konstrukcí. Přiložena je i průvodní a technická zpráva v potřebném rozsahu pro stavební povolení. This work discuss about reconstruction of the 3rd floor of the building in Pardubice for six independent function flats units. It also includes a survey of the current state of the object, the written description and project documentation. In this thesis is a final version of the layout of residential units and design options for reconstruction. From survey of the existing building, choosing variants of layout, design solutions and access to the upper floors we get a fixed shape of the building. The part of this work i salso project documentation, thermal technical assessment and structural analysis of the newly proposed structures. Attached is initial a technical report in required extent for the building permit.
