Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku datových schránek, konkrétně na jejich využití společnostmi, které působí na českém trhu. V teoretické části jsou datové schránky charakterizovány jako celek. Dále jsou stanoveny náklady, které podnikům v souvislosti se zavedením informačního systému datových schránek vznikly, a také přínosy, které využitím této formy komunikace realizují. Pro praktickou část je stěžejní dotazník směřovaný firmám s otázkami ohledně zavedení datových schránek a s tím spojených nákladů, případně přínosů -- jedná se o ověření hypotéz stanovených v teoretické části práce, tj. zda skutečně společnosti realizují nějaké přínosy, jaké náklady pro ně ISDS znamená. Poslední část se věnuje možnému budoucímu vývoji. This thesis focuses on issue of data boxes, specifically on their use by companies that operate on the Czech market. In the theoretical part, the data boxes are characterized as a whole. In this part there are also set costs and benefits that occurred with the introduction of information system data boxes. The core of the practical part is questionnaire which is directed at companies with issues regarding the introduction of data boxes and the associated costs or benefits - it is a verification of the hypotheses set out in the theoretical part, i.e., whether the companies actually realize any benefits and what costs ISDS brings them. The last part deals with possible future developments.
