Maligní tumory hlasivek patří k méně častým, ne však vzácným karcinomům. Má práce obsahuje údaje o výsledcích radioterapie u nádorů hlasivek z hlediska recidivy a pětiletého přežití u časných stádií onemocnění. Taktéž jsou zahrnuty statistiky obsahující údaje o záchranných totálních laryngektomiích, technikách ozařování a v rámci hypotézy jsou porovnány výsledky radioterapie u technik IMRT a CRT. Také jsou porovnány dávky dodané cílovému objemu. Cílem práce je tyto výsledky následně porovnat s odbornou literaturou a zhodnotit, zda indikovaná dávka ovlivňuje účinnost kurativní radioterapie. Tato práce je podložena kvantitativním statistickým šetřením v rozsahu 106 pacientů. Data byla získána v rámci Jihočeského kraje, v archivu Onkologického oddělení Nemocnice České Budějovice, a.s., v rozsahu let 2000 2009. V celkovém souboru 91 kurativně zářených pacientů byla zaznamenána 57,54 % převaha T1 zastoupení tumorů a 21,69 % v T2 stádiích tumorů. Pětileté přežití pacientů ve stádiu T1 odpovídá 90,16 % a v T2 stádiu 69,57 %. Záchranných laryngektomií bylo provedeno celkem 12 s průměrným prodloužením života pacienta o 5 let. Dávky použité IMRT a konformní technikou byly shledány nižší, než doporučuje odborná literatura. Malignant tumors of vocal cords are the less common, but not rare carcinomas. My thesis contains information on results of radiotherapy in tumors of the vocal cords in terms of recurrence and five-year survival rates for early stage disease. It's also included statistics containing information about rescue total laryngectomy, radiation techniques and within hypothesis are compared results of radiotherapy of IMRT and CRT techniques. Also compared are doses delivered to the target volume. The aim is then compare results with literature and assess whether the indicated dosage affects the efficacy of curative radiotherapy. This work is supported by quantitative statistical survey in the range of 106 patients. Data was obtained for South Bohemian Region, in the archive of the Oncology Department in the Hospital České Budějovice, a.s. in the range of 2000 2009. In the total group of 91 curative irradiated patients was found 57,54 % preponderance representation of T1 tumors and 21,69 % of T2 tumors. Five-year survival of patients with stage T1 corresponds to 90,16 % and 69,57 % of T2 stage. Rescue laryngectomy was performed a total of 12 with an average extension of life of patients by 5 years. A dose used for IMRT and conformal technique was found to be lower than literature recommends.
