Abstract: High power laser accelerators are promising technologies that can effectively decrease the space and potentially cost of the particle acceleration experiments. For many of them there is a technical demand to use flammable and toxic gases as targets for lasers or for accelerated particles. Their usage, however, brings many challenges for design of the technology and safety management system of the facility.
