Příspěvek shrnuje využití integrativního pasivního vzorkovače (na bázi POCIS) pro sledování microcystinů (MC) ve třech vodárenských nádržích a přilehlých úpravnách vod. Pasivní vzorkovače prokázaly velmi dobrou korelaci s výsledky získanými pomocí jednorázového diskrétního vzorkování a výbornou citlivost bez nutnosti náročné laboratorní úpravy vzorků. In study we used time-integrative passive sampler (POCIS-based) for monitoring of cyanotoxins microcystins (MCs) in three selected drinking water reservoirs and adjacent treatment plants in the Czech Republic. Passive sampling provided excellent sensitivity without need of laborious sample processing and showed good correlation with data obtained by grab sampling.
