Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou hospodaření a financování příspěvkových organizací, které jsou součástí neziskového sektoru. Ten je specifický tím, že jeho primárním cílem není dosahování zisků jako u ostatních ekonomických subjektů, ale jeho úkolem je zabezpečit poskytnutí statků a služeb, které kvůli tržním selhání nelze plně zabezpečit. Příspěvkové organizace se od obchodních společností liší ve svém účetním systému. Mají své specifické postupy a metody účtování a způsob financování upravený příslušnými zákony. V jednotlivých kapitolách je uvedena problematika financování a účetnictví. Na závěr práce je proveden konkrétní rozbor hospodaření příspěvkové organizace Nemocnice v Jablonci nad Nisou v letech 2007 - 2009. Bachelor thesis is concerned with problems of economy and financing of allowance organizations that are part of non-profit sector. This is specifically that its primary aim is not to reach the profit as it is by other economic subjects but its function is in providing goods and services that are not fully secured. Non-profit organizations differ in accounting system by the companies. They have their own cooperation, methods of accounts and way of financing and accounting. Individual chapters are concerned with problems of financing and accounting. In the end of thesis is analysed economic activity of allowance organization Hospital in Jablonec nad Nisou in years 2007 - 2009.
