Bakalářská práce se zabývá charakteristikou fair trade systému a uplatněním tohoto systému v městě Brně. Program fair trade je systém pěstování, distribuce a prodeje surovin a produktů z rozvojových zemí pro jejich dlouhodobou podporu. Ve vypracovaném literárním přehledu je shrnuta charakteristika fair trade systému, jeho historie, současnost, dostupnost produktů a aktivit. Druhá část práce je zaměřena na zjišťování dostupnosti fair trade produktů a aktivit v městě Brně a zlepšení aktuálního stavu. Součástí této části bakalářské práce je dotazníkové šetření zaměřené na zájem studentů o fair trade nápoje na Mendelově univerzitě. The bachelor thesis deals with the characteristics of fair trade system and the application of this system in the city of Brno. Program Fair trade is a system of cultivation, distribution and sales of raw materials and products from developing countries for their support. The literature review summarizes the characteristics of fair trade system, its history, present, availability of products and activities. The second part is focused on determining the availability of fair trade products and activities in the city of Brno and improves the current situation. This part of the thesis is the survey focused on students' interest in fair trade beverage at Mendel University.
