Cílem bakalářské práce je posoudit asymetrickou informovanost v oblasti poskytování bankovních služeb na příkladu hypotečních úvěrů. Asymetrická informace je sledována ve vztahu k regulačním nástrojům z pohledu bank a klientů. Práce rovněž obsahuje komparaci jednotlivých nabídek bankovních institucí a výběr nejvhodnější varianty rovněž v kontextu s asymetrií informací. The purpose of this work is to review an asymetric informedness in the area of banking services providing by examples of mortgage loans. The asymetric information is tracked in a relation to regulation tools from the banks' and clients' points of view. The work also contains a comparation of individual banking institution offers and a selection of the most suitable variant also in the context of asymetry of information.
