Bakalářská práce pojednává o romských adolescentech, jejich vnímání manželství a rodiny a o jejich představách o budoucím rodinném životě. Je členěna na část teoretickou a část praktickou. V teoretické části je popsána tradiční romská rodina s odkazem na historii. Dále je vymezen způsob uzavírání sňatků v romských rodinách, výběr partnera, rodičovství a také současné trendy a změny v uspořádání romských rodin. Praktická část je věnována kvalitativnímu výzkumu, který byl proveden polostrukturovanými rozhovory s osmi romskými adolescenty. Cílem výzkumného šetření bylo zachytit a popsat, jaké postoje zaujímají romští adolescenti k zakládání manželství a rodiny, tedy jakou životní hodnotu pro ně rodina představuje. This bachelor thesis is about Roma adolescents, their perception of marriage and family, and their ideas about future family life. The thesis is divided into a theoretical part and a practical part. The theoretical part describes a traditional Roma family with reference to history. The theoretical part further defines modalities of marriages in Roma families, mate choice, parenthood, and current trends and changes in the organization of Roma families. The practical part is dedicated to qualitative research, which was carried out in semi-structured interviews with eight Roma adolescents. The goal of the research was to transcribe and describe their attitudes towards foundation of marriage and family, and thus what life value does family mean to them.
