Rozvoj analytických technik řádkovacího elektronového mikroskopu (SEM) umožnil získat velmi přesné mikrostrukturní informace o krystalografii (EBSD) a chemickém složení (EDS) mnoha materiálů. Cílem prezentace je vysvětlit princip SEM-EBSD, demonstrovat jeho možnosti a nastínit jeho využití při analýze hranic zrn v polykrystalickém materiálu. Current development of analytical techniques in scanning electron microscopy allowed us to obtain precise information about the crystallography and chemical composition of materials. Aim of this work is to explain electron back-scatter diffraction (EBSD) technique and its utilization in grain characterization of polycrystalline materials.
