Bakalářská práce se zabývá identitou a okolnostmi, které mohou identitu sociálních pracovníků ovlivňovat. Teoretická část charakterizuje osobu sociálního pracovníka, jeho kompetence a role. Dále pojednává o identitě a jejích dílčích aspektech a okolnostech, které mohou identitu sociálních pracovníků ovlivňovat. Zabývá se podrobněji zejména kolektivní, profesní a křesťanskou stránkou identity. Praktická část je postavena na výzkumném šetření, konkrétně na kvantitativním výzkumu, který je realizován v oblasti Strakonicka. Cílem provedeného výzkumu bylo zjistit, jak sociální pracovníci pohlížejí na identitu, a jaké okolnosti jejich identitu mohou ovlivňovat a zda ji vůbec ovlivňují. Zjištěné názory do značné míry korespondují s teoretickými předpoklady. The Bachelor thesis deals with identity and circumstances that may affect the identity of social workers. The theoretical part describes a social worker's personality, his competences and roles. Furthermore, it professionally deals with identity and its sub-aspects and circumstances that may affect the identity of social workers. It deals particularly with collective profession and Christian aspect of identity in detail.The practical part is based on the scientific research, namely quantitative research, which is being implemented in the region of Strakonicko. The aim of the research was to investigate how social workers view the identity and the circumstances that may affect their identity and whether they ever affect it at all. Detected views largely correspond with the theroretical assumptions.
