Tato práce hodnotí fungování SK Jeseniova, který působí v atletickém prostředí. V práci je popsána struktura klubu, historie,sportovní zaměření, cíle klubu a jeho propagace. V prácí nechybí SWOT analýza a finanční analýza, které posuzují fungování klubu po stránce ekonomické. Na konci práce jsou nastíněné návrhy na zlepšení chodu klubu a možné inovace. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate functioning of the sport club Jeseniova, which operates in athletics environment. The thesis results from a description of the club's organizational structure, history, sports specialization, goals and promotion of the club. Through SWOT and financial analysis, the thesis assess the economic operation of the club. Based on the results of the analysis, there are suggested improvements of the club's activity and possible innovations.
