Abstract: Target of this work is in helping with studying of Bach´s Sonatas and partitas. It´s devided to two parts. The first part is called History. Here I´m interresting in form of Bach´s Sonatas and partitas, Bach´s life connected with violin and violin work and also Köthen, the place of origin of Sonatas and Partitas.In the second part, called Interpretation, I look into interpretation´s guestions and problems of this work and also present concrete examples - charakteristic of selected soloists and confrontation. This subjective choice is leaded by difference of time in which the rekord was created, or by expressive differences of time in which the rekord was created, or by expressive differences in interpretation of Sonatas and partitas.The fiction of part called Interpretation is not evaluated "the top record". It´s point is in confrontation of interprets of various era and watching on process of interpretation Bach´s work.
