Ve své bakalářské práci se zabývám pitným režimem studentů Jihočeské univerzity. V teoretické části proběhla literární rešerše dostupných pramenů vztahujících se k danému tématu. Téma jsem zachytil z různých pohledů. Nejdříve jsem se věnoval otázce, jak lidský organismus hospodaří s vodou, poté jsem se zaměřil na rozmanité druhy nápojů i z pohledu jejich vhodnosti či nevhodnosti zapojení do pitného režimu. Ve třetí (výzkumné) části jsem se soustředil na to, jaké je druhové složení nápojů zapojených do pitného režimu, objem přijatých tekutin, časování příjmu, prostředí, způsob ve kterém je realizován pitný režim studentů Jihočeské univerzity. V praktické části je popsaná metodologie výzkumu. Vybral jsem dotazníkovou metodu, která byla použita na respondentech Jihočeské univerzity. Použil jsem dotazník vlastní konstrukce. In my thesis I deal with students drinking regime of South Bohemia University. In the theoretical part was literature review available literature related to the topic. I caught the theme from different perspectives. First I dealt with the question of how the human body manages water, then I focused on various kinds of drinks from the perspective of their suitability or unsuitability of involvement in drinking regime. In the third (research) part I focused on what is the generic composition of beverages involved in drinking mode, the volume of ingested fluid, the timing of income, the environment, the manner in which it is implemented drinking regimen University of South Bohemia. In the practical part of the research methodology is described. I chose the questionnaire method, which was used for respondents University of South Bohemia. I used a questionnaire of our own design.
