Cílem bakalářské práce je zhodnotit dopad využití objektů brownfields v městské části Praha 5 na její rozvoj. Teoretická část práce shrnuje dosavadní poznatky o problematice brownfields, jejich klasifikaci, příčiny vzniku a způsoby regenerace. Dále představuje přístupy k problematice uplatňované v České republice a porovnává je s přístupy v jiných vybraných státech. Další kapitoly analyzují městskou část Prahu 5 a zejména průmyslovou historii, která je pro tuto čtvrť charakteristická a právě po dobách slávy místního průmyslu zůstalo četné množství brownfields. Ke zhodnocení v praktické části práce byly na základě rešerší dostupné literatury vybrány projekty realizované v objektech, které svou povahou odpovídají definici brownfields. Hlavní město Praha nedisponuje žádnou databází brownfields (Národní databáze brownfields totiž objekty na území Prahy nezahrnuje), proto autorka považuje za vhodné některé takové objekty identifikovat a zhodnotit přínosy jejich využití. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to valorize impact to using brownfields for development of Praha 5. Theoretical part of the thesis summarizes existing knowledge in brownfields issue, classification of brownfields, causes of origin and ways of regeneration. Thesis describes approach to the problem applied in the Czech Republic and compares it with approaches in other selected countries. Further chapters analyse Praha 5 and its industrial history, which is characteristic for it and there stay lot of brownfields after years of growth of local industry. There were chosen projects realized in objects, which respond to definition of brownfields, to valorize their impact in practical part of thesis. The city of Prague does not have any brownfield database (National brownfield database does not comprise brownfields in Prague), so author considered appropriate to identify some of these objects and valorize impacts to their using.
