Bakalářská práce se zabývá především analýzou přímých zahraničních investic ruských společností. Jejich rostoucí zahraniční investiční aktivita se začala v posledních letech dostávat do popředí zájmu převážně kvůli rostoucím obavám ohledně důvodů a povahy těchto investic. Nejznámějším případem je Gazprom, u něhož se nejčastěji objevují spekulace, zda jsou jeho investice čistě ekonomické povahy, nebo lze u nich vysledovat i stopy politické motivace. Tyto spekulace mají reálný základ, který odráží vývoj ve vlastnické struktuře těchto společností a zaměření jejich investic v cílových zemích. The bachelor thesis focuses primarily on analyzing foreign direct investments of Russian companies. Their growing foreign investment activity started to draw attention mainly because of rising concerns over the nature and reasons for the investments. The most notorious case is Gazprom which often provokes speculations whether its investments are of purely economic motivations or political reasons can be also found behind them. These speculations reflect the shift in the ownership structure of the companies and their investment targets in host countries.
