Construction Project for Implementation of Multifunctional Building in Brno

The main subject of this diploma thesis is a construction technological project of preparation and realization multifunctional building in Brno on Trugeněvova street. It is a new construction of the main building. It provides a technical report on the construction technology project, transport relations for the transport of materials and machinery to the construction site, following technical report of construction site equipment, construction technology study, design of machinery and last but not least elaboration of technological regulation for the execution of monolithic structures. Furthermore, the chapters on health and safety protection at work on the construction site, as well as the LEED certification system and the financial and time plan of the selected stage are elaborated.

Construction Technology study of building a house of the eko panels

The object of the bachelor thesis is the description of the construction and technological study of building a family house from Ekopanel. It is an ecological diffusion free material in the form of panels, which are pressed at high temperature and pressure. Part of this technology study is time and financial plan of construction, basic concept of building operation, bill of quantities specified objects, technological regulation for the implementation anhydrite monolithic floors, precautionary measures of the construction site, listing of machinery and tools which are used, inspection and test plan and comparison of wooden buildings with brick building.

This bachelor thesis is focused on main technological studies during contruction of low-energy timber house in Beskydy mountains. This building is situated near the ČR-PL border in a small vilage Nydek, right under the peak Stozek. In overal is this thesis about engineering report, technological study of main technological stages, time and financial plan and basic conception of site traffic. It also includes a bill of quantities, safety measures on site and tries to solve issues associated with transportating materials to high elevations in the mountains.

Construction technology study stage of extension capacity of primary school Ždírec nad Doubravou

The bachelor thesis deals with the technological study of the individual phases of expanding the capacity of the Primary school Ždírec nad Doubravou. It is an extension of emergency staircases and expansion of individual floors in pavilions P2 and P3. The construction of the building is the steel construction system KORD - Jeseník. Therefore, the steel construction technology prescription is developed together with the inspection and test plan. Furthermore, attention is paid to item budget and bill of quantities, concept construction site traffic, time plan and employee balance, and last but not least the principles of safety and protection at work.
