The Rigorous Thesis with the name of Polemics Between Technological Optimists and Pessimists in Popular Literature is focused on the contradiction in argumentation of technological optimists and pessimists in popular literature. With the development of the internet, there has been an ongoing discussion about whether new technologies have a positive or negative impact. At the end of the last century, this discussion began forming in the general framework at first. Since the beginning of the 21st century, the internet and new digital technologies have been becoming part of all human activities more and more. And the discussion between technological optimists and pessimists has also moved, from the general framework to specific topics. The difference in argument between technological optimists and pessimists is shown on the examples of politics, economics and society.
