Analysis and significance of selected game activities of individuals without the ball with specialization setter

Title: Analysis and significance of selected game activities of individuals without the ball with specialization setter Objectives: The aim of this work is analysis of selected game activities of individuals without the ball, mainly in offensice and to a lesser extent in defence situations. These situations are analysed via selected sequences in the software DartFish. The research was focused on three setter from three currently the best women's teams in the Czech Republic: Pavla Vincourová (VK Agel Prostějov), Iveta Halbichová (PVK Olymp Praha) a Veronika Tinklová (SK UP Olomouc). Abstrakt: This thesis is dedicated to all volleyball fans and mainly to volleyball coaches who are interested in problematics of move of a setter in volleyball. The thesis contains chapters on the history of volleyball, game performance and its diagnostics, other chapters are on set and setter. Analysis of the set in chosen volleyball matches in Champion League 2009/2010

In this work we have tried to make analysis of specialized activity of setter's sets. Our research observed five setters from the best european club competitions- Michal Sládeček, Raphael Vieira de Oliveiro, Lukasz Zygadl, Sergey Grankyn and Simon Fischer. The analysis of their game performance in six Champion League matches 2009/2010 was focused on quality of the set, its frequency into particular directions and kind of the set from two different qualities of reception. We also concentrated on laying-out of sets and their qualities until the first sequence. For gathering objective information we used a method of indirect observation. We also had video recordings of all six chosen Champion League matches 2009/2010.Conclusions and results of the thesis could be used during the training process, mainly to improve game activities of an individual. In concrete terms we focused on the position of a setter who works as a prolonged hand of a trainer and is influenced by his commands from the point of view of tactics. This work could refer to the right and tactical laying-out of sets in matches and importance of quality of the set. With every machine there is an overview of the machine itself, its agrotechnical overview, description of how the machine works and description of the individual parts. This work is intended to be used as educational text for students of The Agricultural Faculty at University of South Bohemia.

Postural strategy of volleyball players and their ability to dynamically stabilize

Title: Postural strategy of volleyball players and their ability to dynamically stabilize. Objective: The aim of this diploma thesis is to find and describe the parameters, which enable the level of postural stabilization in professional volleyball players to be traced, depending on their playing position. These parameters were obtained by taking measurements using dynamic computer posturography (Smart EquiTest System). Methods: In this experiment, 10 professional players between the ages of 18 and 28, who actively compete in the highest national volleyball league, were specifically selected. The selected individuals were divided into groups according to their game specialization (left side hitter/ right side hitter (n = 3), middle blocker (n = 3), setter (n = 2) and libero (n = 2)). In addition, a control group was selected, consisting of 5 recreational volleyball players. In this thesis, in order to objectively assess the postural stability of test subjects (top athletes and control groups), Neurocom's Smart EquiTest System was used, and the measured data was then processed in Neurocom's Balance Manager Software. Statistical evaluation using Shapiro - Wilk's Normality Test, Student's t - test and Mann - Whitney test subsequently made it possible to compare the game specializations of the test...

Title: Analysis of practise and training of volleyball set in youth teams Objectives: In this work I tried to analyze practise and training of volleyball set at setter in youth teams. Above all I will be deal with types of sets and practising the sets. I will examine their training and using in training units. I will be also concetrated on the person of setter. I am intrested in what is supposed to have the skills and abilities. Abstract: This thesis is dedicated to all volleyball fans and mainly to volleyball coaches who are interested in problematics of practise and training volleyball set in youth teams. It can be also dedicated to volleyball coaches who are starting with their career. This thesis contains of chapter from history of volleyball, performance of game and the analysis of set, the set itself, division of set and skills and abilities of setter.
