Family house with an establishment

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to design and develop of project documentation for realization of a family of four house with an establishment – design office. The building is located in the western part of Telč. The family house is designed for the housing of family of four and establishment is designed for three designers. The building is designed as a separate building with two-storey residential part, which is partly basement. This section is connected with Two single-storey parts with function of the establishment and garage. The Main entrance to the building and to the establishment is situated to the north, where there is also a parking place with a capacity of 3 parking places. The main living rooms are south-facing. The Structural system of the building is designed from the HELUZ system. The HELUZ MIAKO ceiling system is used for horizontal construction. The roof above the residential part is designed as a saddle, above the garage and the establishment is designed as single-layer and flat green roof.

The subject of this bachelor's thesis is the elaboration of project documentation for the construction of a detached family house with a design office. The building is designed on a plot of land, which is located on the outskirts of the village Drásov in the district of Brno-venkov, the terrain is flat. The family house is designed as a detached, no basement. The proposed building consists of three parts, a one-storey garage, a two-storey residential part and a single-storey business premises, a design office, which is designed to be used as a barrier-free apartment. Vertical structures are designed from ceramic blocks, ceiling structures from ceramic inserts and ceramic concrete beams. The roofing is designed as a single-skin flat roof.

This bachelor’s thesis deals with the processing of project documentation for detached house with establishment. The building is situated on the outskirts of Světlá. The living area of the house is designed for permanent living of 4 people. The establishment is designed as hairdresser's. The house is connected to garage. Above the garage is flat roof with terrace function, above the living part is saddle roof. The house is two-storey with a partial basement. The bricked construction system is made of polished ceramic blocks Porotherm. Ceramic blocks are insulated with expanded polystyrene. The building is designed in slightly sloping terrain.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is a design of new building detached house with establishment – workshop in village Rázová, district Bruntál. It is about self-standing, two-floor partial basement object in which is situated one residential unit. Establishment will be used as joinery assembly workshop. Floor plan of this object is irregular. Detached house has saddle roof, workshop and garage, which has flat roof. Object is based on plain concrete stip foundations. The vertical load-bearing structures are designed of protobeton blocks Porfix and blocks from lost formwork. The ceiling structure is designed as reinforced concrete slab. Saddle roof is gable construction.

This thesis is divided for the text part and drawings part. In the text part are the accompanying technical report, report building physics, fire protection report and essay about winter gardens. Based on the architectural study of AG33 studio, this bachelor’s thesis on theme of family winery Sekt Jan Petrák was created. The bachelor thesis develops the architectural study up to the Building permit documentation and Documentation for execution of the project. The plot is situated in the centre of Kobylí, in the South Moravia Region. There is currently located a terraced house and an production building which does not suit current demands of the owners for housing nor for production of wine and sparkling wine. The requirement was to create a new house and production building with preservation and utilization of the existing production building, as well as appropriately placed product shop and tasting space. The mass solution of my design is based on the original terraced houses with gutters to street of South Moravia. The house continues to existing buildings in size and shape of the roof. By contrast, the public part of production building is turned gable wall to the street, and combination with courtyard entry closes the line on terraced houses and continues in looser buildings. In addition to the modification of the traditional housing type, the new entrance elements are morphology of windows and hidden gutters. The gable wall of the public part is glass fronted and creates dominant, easily identifiable element in the street view. Materials are chosen simple and clean, with reference to the production function of the building. White plaster, exposed brick, black tile roofing and zinc coated façade elements and flashing are predominant.

The project will respect the requirements of territorial planning documentation. The object is part of the basement. With two residential floors above the ground. A simple saddle roof. The House is designed in the porous concrete from Ytong.

This thesis describes the design and preparation of project documentation for construction of the building of a detached house in Karvina Mizerov. The building is located on a plot 1255/111 in administrative area of Karvina. The proposal respects the local plan. The building is without a basement with two floors and nonresidential heated soil. The property includes a garage for two cars. Roofing part of the first floor is designed as a walkable flat roof. The roof above the second ground floor designed as a saddle. The structural system is a wall, brick. The house is designed as a residential unit for permanent residence in a family of four.

The bachelor thesis deals with the processing of project documentation. Specifically, the parts A, B, C, D.1.1 and D.1.3 of Annex 6 to Regulation No. 499/2006 Coll., On construction documentation, as amended by Decree No. 62/2013 Coll. The documentation refers to a house designed for four-to five-member family. Land with plate number 1414 is in Troubsko. The building has two floors and a partial basement. The second floor is designed in the form of the attic below the pitched roof with timber roof truss. Lee is protected by pitched hipped roof with timber roof truss. On the south side of the house is a spacious terrace. In the basement is designed one-car garage, utility room and storage. The first floor is the social part of the house. The second floor is resting part, children's rooms and bedroom for parents are placed here. The house is based on the footings of plain concrete. Vertical and horizontal load bearing structures are designed from Porotherm. Partitions are also designed from clay blocks Porotherm. For roofing are designed roof tiles. Roof is supported by timber roof truss. Retaining walls are designed from permanent concrete formwork. The enclosed essay deals with the topic of staircases.

The Family house

The subject of my bachelor thesis is a project of a new detached house. The building have two above-gound floors and a flat roof. Walls will be made from clay blocks HELUZ. Beside the house is a shielded parking for two vehicles. The project of the building is in accordance with the local development plan of Podlesí. It also emphasizes the layout, architectural, fire and thermal aspects of the individual structures.
