The bachelor thesis is focuses on proposal of Entrepreneurial Intention of Investment Activity for real company. Describes a general structure of business plan, its types and specifies the most used analysis. Based on theoretical knowledges the practical analysis of company surrounding is included. In the last part of this thesis there is specified an investment plan, its main advantages and risks. In the conclusion there is a final decision about realization of proposed investment.
The analysis of environment of two companies in selected sector

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to assess the current situation of two companies operating in the field of waste management, compare them and offer optimal strategies for the development of both of them. That is attained through analyses of the internal and external environment. Knowledge gained from professional literature is utilized for describing these analyses of strategy management used in the work. The information for research is provided from interviews with managers and is necessary for Porter's model of five forces, STEP, SWOT and financial analysis that are applied. Results describing the current state of companies are evaluated, which leads to recommending measures and solutions for improving the run of them.
Analysis of the company's internal and external environment

The environment in which the company is located includes factors whose interaction may create new opportunities or they can act on potential threats to its existence. For this reason, it is necessary to closely monitor and systematically analyse the surroundings of the company. The STEP analysis and the Porter model of the five competing forces in the industry are used to determine the external factors. SWOT analysis of company is used to assess the internal and external factors affecting the success of the company. The research finds strengths and weaknesses, its threats and opportunities. On the basis of the detected information are designed procedures how to take maximum advantage of the opportunities and eliminate the impact risk on the enterprise.

This thesis deals with strategies and strategic management. The aim of this thesis is create a corporate strategy for the company Kabelové bubny a bedny s.r.o., which should lead to improve situation of the company. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part is focused on strategy and strategic management. Another text is dedicated to strategic analysis of external and internal environment of the company and also the methods and models that are the basis for the formulation of a new strategy. The theoretical part is concluded with a discussion of strategy implementation. The practical part contains analysis and models presented in the theoretical part. On this base is proposed corporate strategy. The conclusion is devoted to overall summary of the research and design of the new strategy, which is also clearly drawn in a graphical model.

The first part consists of a theoretical basis of the issue involving these areas - region, business environment and economic analysis. The second part is focused on the practical implications with formation of the economic analysis of the chosen company, characteristics of the region and the industry in which the company operates as well as suggestions of improvements.

The main objective is to analyze the activity of the company compared to its other competitors, considering the opportunities, threats, strengths and weaknesses and propose a strategy for the future development of the company in the ceremony, which is currently considering the best options remain on the market and increase sales. The work is focused on a more detailed examination of the potential in organizing weddings in the chosen company. The thesis is carried out a survey of potential customers, which is required to determine which factors influence the selection of place for wedding. According to the methodology used, it was found that the proposed strategy in holding festive events, especially in the organization of weddings has the potential to increase the company's competitiveness.
Company and its environment analysis, business strategy design

This diploma thesis is focused on a strategic management activity in companies. In the theoretical part of the thesis there are strategic management process analysis, settings of strategic management principles and description of phases forming the whole process as well. Moreover analysis methods are specified that are used to obtain relevant information supporting each step of strategy design process. The selected strategy design concept is compared with other alternative management methodology. The main contribution of the thesis is in methodology area of elaboration of strategy and application of analytic tools to a real operating enterprise. The aim is to determine an enterprise itself at the market, performing of analysis to gain information for elaborating of the set of strategies. One of these strategies is further elaborated to the level of possible measured and monitored objectives. This summary of information forms the fundamental for possible implementation of company strategy. The thesis does not aspire to provide general manual for solving strategic management of a company. It's as much irrelevant as elaborating the strategy at the level of particular activities. The main purpose is to point out a complexity of problems of a strategic management, to provide basic information and refer to sources with more thorough interpretation and to present a practical illustration of the whole process. The result of this process might be used as a primary information source for elaborating of company's own strategy.
