Medical center Hlinsko

This diploma thesis deals with the design and elaboration process of a project documentation of medical center in city Hlinsko. New building is situated in the northern part of the city in the area determined for constructions of public infrastructure. It´s a four-floor object with partial basement and slant mansard and flat vegetative roof.Object is based on foundation strips and footings made from reinforced concrete.The bearing and internal walls are designed from KALKSANDSTEIN lime sand blocks.The beams and collums are used in the placed designed with open disposition.The ceiling in 1.PP is designed as reinforced concrete for securing fire safety.The rest od ceiling constructions is designed from prestressed concrete panels SPIROLL,with exception in 4.NP,where the ceiling constructions are made from solid roof system YTONG KOMFORT,which is layed on frame system made of steel and reinforced concrete.The peripheral walls of 1.PP are made from lost formwork, which is insulated with extruded polystyrene.The walls in floors above ground are insulated with combination of external thermal insulation system (ETICS) and ventilated facade with CEMBRIT SOLID and PATINA facade cladding panels. The building is functionally divided into several part.Cafe, pharmacy, ambulance and medical center, each with it´s own entrance.Pharmacy is equipped with shop, medicine mixer and storage.Ambulance is equipped with garage slots, background for employees, room of crisis preparedness and operating center.Medical centrum is equipped with emergency, RTG, operating theater, rehabilitations and other types of examination rooms.Each examination room is equipped with waiting room.For more comfort the center has a background for employees.The whole object is designed with forced air exchange. Designed object is barrier-free.In front of the building is situated parking slots for cars, motorbikes and ambulances.Total number of slots is 74 places, which 5 is designed for disabled people.

This diploma thesis describes the design and processing of project documentation pension. The proposed facility is located in the village of Železná Ruda- Pamferova Hut. The site is widely used by tourists in winter and summer. This is partly basement building, which has 2 storeys and an attic. The roof is designed as a gabled dormer with a flat roof. The building is based on the footings of plain concrete and under the reinforced concrete pillars are designed shoe. Supporting, peripheral and partition walls are designed from sand-lime bricks SENDWIX. An exception is peripheral walls of the basement, which is in contact with soil, which is designed as a lost formwork. In the dining area, which has an open reinforced concrete columns. Ceiling structure will consist of prestressed ceiling panels SPIROLL. Perimeter walls are insulated using external thermal insulation composite system using insulation from stone wool. The building is functionally divided into three main parts with a common main entrance. The first part is a restaurant with a kitchen, storage and kitchen facilities. This section is designed restaurants with a total capacity of 26 persons, the capacity will be in the summer to expand the possible capacity of the terrace, which belongs to the dining room. It is also proposed sanitary facilities for visitors to the restaurant, kitchen with storage and facilities for staff. The second part is the wellness center, which consists of a gym and rooms with infrared sauna and whirlpool. This section is designed sanitary facilities for visitors separated for men and women. The last part of the pension, which used to accommodate 30 people and the background of the pension. Backgrounds pension means any technical equipment room, storage room for bikes and skis, and not least the individual room house, which also includes a room for personal hygiene. Sports Center

The contents of the diploma thesis is the elaboration of project documentation for the construction of a sports center. It´s a building with three floors, ie. two floors and basement. The building has a partial basement. In the building are sports facilities for fitness, squash courts, wellness, office spaces for employees and management. On the ground floor there is also a canteen with operating facilities. The main entrance is located on the west side of the proposed parking lot. The building can be entered on the south and east side of the building through the canteen and a side staircase. A total of seventy-eigth parking places are designed in the center, four of which are for people with reduced mobility and orientation. The building is designed of ceramic bricks with a two–way construkction system and insulated ETICS system. The facade of the building is partly contact and partly ventilated. Elements for green walls are used on the walls. The building is covered with a flat green extensive roof.
Terraced houses Bystřice nad Pernštejnem

The bachelor's thesis deals with project documentation for the construction of seven family terraced houses in the newly developing residential part of the town of Bystřice nad Pernštejnem in the Vysočina region. Terraced houses are two-storey without a basement. The houses are based on concrete wall footings. The vertical structures are made of aerated concrete system blocks, the horizontal structures are made of prestressed SPIROLL ceiling panels. The roof is designed as a flat single skin with a PVC coating. The technical background of the house and common areas are located on the 1st floor. Utility room, garage, living room and dining room with kitchen. In the central part of the house, a staircase with slanting steps rises from the corridor to the 2nd floor. On the 2nd floor there is a master bedroom, two rooms, a study, a storage room and a bathroom. Family terraced houses are designed as buildings with almost zero energy consumption.
