The topic of my bachelor thesis is communication mix of a web page in Czech Republic. Its owner is a company which began a start-up project aimed at importing goods from China and selling it to end consumers in 4 EU countries. Each of the four markets has its specificities. However, our main topic will be the communication mix of the web page in Czech Republic.

The main topic of this diploma thesis is the complete design of the web application for booking and selling package tours and other related services offered by the travel agency. The first part of this thesis describes the theory basis for the proposition, creation (production) and the implementation of the web applications with the emphasis on the methodology and technology used in this diploma thesis. The second part of the thesis consists of an analysis of current state in the travel agency and this analysis is the foundation of the last part of this thesis which contains the design of the design web application.
Application of a Direct Selling by Avon Cosmetics Company with Focus on Online Selling

The principal aim of this thesis is to analyze online marketing and selling of Avon Cosmetics company, focusing on it's personal and direct selling. The first chapter introduces the company and the second deals with personal and direct selling. Theoretical part, which forms the third chapter of the thesis, characterizes direct marketing and its practical application within the company. The fourth chapter is dedicated to internet marketing with an example analysis of Avon Cosmetics. Types of internet sales support are defined in the chapter five, as well as the analysis of their applications in case of Avon Cosmetics. The last, sixth chapter, is dedicated to internet communication tools, with examples based on Avon Cosmetics company.
