Steel load-carrying structure of production hall with bridge crane
Štulrajterová, Terézia ; Melcher, Jindřich (referee) ; Karmazínová, Marcela (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with the design and assessment of a steel load-bearing structure of a two-aisle production hall. That hall has a rectangular ground plan of a width 32 m (20 + 12 m) and lenght 54,54 m (9 modules distanced 6 m from each other). The main aisle is 10 m high and inside is located a overhead crane with carrying capacity 5 t. The second aisle is used as a storage area for materials that have already been produced. The skeleton of production hall is made of a ten transversal bindings. Lattice trusses are hinged mounted on constraint pillars of solid poles. The hall is situated in the north of the Czech Republic in the city of Děčín.
Steel Structure of Multipurpose Hall
Vošček, Martin ; Buchta, Stanislav (referee) ; Hron, Lukáš (advisor)
Theme of this bachelor thesis is calculation and design of steel load bearing structure. The plan of the multipurpose hall is in rectangular shape with the width of 28m and length of 46m. The roof is in circular arch shape. Whole structure is designed from S355 steel. Structure is situated in Brno and is designed according the Eurocodes.
Static verification and variant design of steel structure of administrative building of Gasworks in Brno - Radlas
Štulrajterová, Terézia ; Melcher, Jindřich (referee) ; Karmazínová, Marcela (advisor)
The subject of this master´s thesis is a recalculation of the existing structure, design, static analysis and economic comparison of two variants of this bearing structure of the administrative building Jihomoravská plynárenská located in Brno. Ground plan dimensions and height of both these variants are based on existing disposition of the building. The diameter of the circular floor plan is 16,088 m and height of the structure is 29,46 m. With this new proposal of solution A and B, lower weight of structure in comparison to the existing state has been reached. Both variants have a bearing column in the middle of floor plan and new solution of ceiling structure. The most advantageous from the economic and assembly point of view is variant B. Design of this variant was processed in detail.
Family House

The ground plan of the house has mostly rectangular shape with flat roof. The building is planned to be situated on slightly sloping terrain. The entrace to the dentist's ambulance is situated on the north side and the entrance to the living area of the house is located on the east side. The skeleton of the building will be constructed from the YTONG system.
The load bearing structure of multi-storey reinforced concrete builidng
Burda, Patrik ; Švaříčková, Ivana (referee) ; Šimůnek, Petr (advisor)
The diploma thesis is focused on design on loadbearing reinforced concrete structure of multi-storey apartment building with shops and offices on the ground floor and underground garage. The thesis consists of the analysis and design of ceiling slabs above underground floor, supporting columns and the beam under the underground floor ceiling slab. Calculation 3D model was created to determine internal forces. All structures are designed according to EC2, ČSN EN 1992-1-1. The thesis includes elaboration of static calculation, shape drawings, drawings of reinforcement of solved structures. The rest of the project part are not analysed.
Design and review of selected items of reinforced concrete structure
Leitner, Ivan ; Švaříčková, Ivana (referee) ; Šimůnek, Petr (advisor)
The Bachelor thesis is dealing with the design and assesment of bearing reinforced concrete slab of office building. The ceiling slab is located above the 1st floor. Internal forces were calculated by software Scia Engineer and the results are compared with manual method - Equivalent frame method. The next part of bachelor thesis is the assessment of slab to punching effect and design of the corner column using the interaction diagram. Finally it is performed design of reinforced concrete staircase.
Frame construction modification of the submarine collection device
Baláž, Adam ; Klezla, Vojtěch (referee) ; Zeizinger, Lukáš (advisor)
This thesis deals with stress analysis of the structure of nodule collector from consortium Interoceanmetal Joint Organization. The task of this diploma thesis is to perform a stress analysis in given conditions and to perform subsequent adjustments to the structure to improve its results. This analysis is performed by finite element method. Output of this thesis is evaluation of stress analyses of all adjustments and their comparison.

Steel structure of airport hangar
Kuba, Michal ; Balázs, Ivan (referee) ; Pešek, Ondřej (advisor)
The aim of this work is design and assessment of the steel roof structure of a airport hangar for sports aircrafts in Zlín. Ground plan dimensions are 36 x 78 m. The main supporting system is composed of truss girders. On the one side the truss girders are pinned on column, on the other side they are pinned into foundation. The truss girders are arc-shaped, with structural height 1,5 m. Distance between main structures are 6 m. Construction is designed as system without purlins. Bars of the steel structure are from rolled profiles and are designed according to current standards. Supporting elements are designed from steel of class S 355 and S 460.
