Taxation of Non-profit organization

Nowadays non-profit organizations are the integral parts of developed economics. They fill gap in the market, where exist market failures. Their main aim is not to reach profit but to offer services in which ``invisible hand of market{\crqq} fail. But it doesn{\crq}t mean, that they can{\crq}t reach profit. Attention is on reasons why these non-profit organizations exist, potential profit or revenue are secondary aims. For these reasons there exist some differences in taxation of non-profit organizations. I deal with these differences in my work.

Financing of non-profit organizations in the sport´s area - under specific conditions of the sports club TJ Sokol Dolni Pocernice

This thesis deals with problems of the non-profit organizations in the field of sports, especially with the civil associations. Main aim of the thesis is to present possibilities of the financial sources which would provide for exercising the sport activities. Another objective is to prove that the sport organizations cannot get along without the public support. The theoretical part focuses on the brief characteristics of particular forms of the non profit organizations and closer considers possibilities of financing the civil associations in the sport area. The applied part targets the concrete civil associations which act in the field of sports. Right after the short characteristics is the main focus given to the financial sources which function is to secure the organization's activity. At the conclusion there is undertaken the analysis of its economy during four years.

Financing and accounting foundation in terms of Foundation Kapka naděje

The focal point of this thesis is the analysis of the concept of non-profit organisations. These fill up gaps in the market which are left there by companies and corporations of the private sector. This thesis will further focus upon the characteristics of specific non-profit organizations, particularly on charity and funding. This category of non-profit organizations is considered in the first (theoretical) part of the thesis, where accounting, the legal aspect, form of foundation and theoretical functioning of the organizations will be described and analysed. The second (practical) half of the thesis, concerns experience of real-life situations and existing charities (specifically the Kapka naděje foundation) and explores theory (displayed in part one) in practice. However, most attention in the second half is dedicated to finance management of this particular charity.

Analýza financování neziskové organizace IQ ROMA SERVIS, o.s.

Diplomová práce se zabývá možnostmi financování neziskových organizací a finanční analýzou, která je nástrojem k jejich efektivnímu řízení. Teoretické poznatky jsou konfrontovány s praxí na příkladě občanského sdružení IQ Roma servis z Brna. Práce se podrobně zabývá možnostmi financování činnosti a projektů neziskových organizací, charakteristikou potenciálních partnerů a příklady z praxe. Teoretická část dále poskytuje metodiku finanční analýzy upravenou pro oblast neziskových organizací. Praktická část práce představuje občanské sdružení IQ Roma servis, které se věnuje začleňování romského etnika do majoritní společnosti. Na základě jeho projektů je prozkoumáno financování činnosti této organizace a za použití finančních výkazů je provedena finanční analýza.

Personnel Audit in non-profit Organization

Thesis deals with the human resources management of the Czech non-profit organizations. The theoretical part focuses on the description and the importance of the voluntary sector and key areas of personnel management. Practical part analyzes the practical working environment in particular non-profit organization in order to assess the level of corporate culture, the performance of the organization and performance of individual employees.

The comparison of websites of non-profit organizations

The aim of this bachelor study is to compare websites of unprofitable organizations. The introductory part deals with common tasks of unprofitable organizations and brings some appreciation of their contemporary status in the Czech Republic. The second part contains principals of multicriterial websites evaluation. In the third part of the study proper evaluation of selected websites is introduced. Afterwards evaluation of the outcomes is stated and recommendations how to improve particular websites are given. The study conclusion gives the principals for construction of the new web sites as well as some practical example of the construction of a new website of unprofitable organization.

UNICEF- fungování neziskové organizace

Ve své práci jsem se snažila nastínit fungování neziskové organizace UNICEF. Po krátkém vysvětlení, čím se organizace zabývá a jaké jsou její cíle,jsem se zaměřila na popis jejích spolupracovníků, dodavatelů a zabývala jsem se také aférami, kterými si organizace během své historie prošla. Vzhledem k tomu, že mě problematika dodržování práv dětí zajímá, bylo pro mě psaní této práce zajímavé a přínosné.
