Perception of the issue of school discipline at the 2nd level of elementary school from the perspective of students and teachers

The diploma thesis is focused on the issue of discipline and indiscipline of pupils in the 2nd grade of selected elementary schools. The goal of the work is to find out how discipline and non-discipline are viewed not only by the students themselves, but also by their teachers. In the theoretical part, basic terms are defined and discipline is described from the perspective of several important theories. The work focuses on the difference in the perception of discipline and indiscipline through the eyes of the main actors of the educational process, on current manifestations of indiscipline and its causes. The practical research part of the diploma thesis captures the results of the research and describes the differences in the perception of the issue of discipline by teachers and pupils of the 2nd grade of selected elementary schools. For this qualitative research, I used the semi- standardized interview method. The interviews took place face-to-face at two primary schools - Roztoky u Prahy, Kralupy nad Vltavou. Other interviews were obtained remotely through online interviews. Due to the smaller research sample, the results cannot be generalized, but they can be the beginning of a larger and longer-term research. HOW TEACHERS KEEP DISCIPLINE AT ELEMENTARY SCHOOL

The bachelor thesis aims on the indiscipline on elementary school. In the theoretical part are the common indiscipline acts in school surroundings described and also the possibilites how to prevent indiscipline or eventual options hoe to deals with it. The purpose of the empirical part is to find out how the teachers deal with indiscipline of student of upper elementary school and what affects the students to not keep discipline during the classes. The research is made with the observation method of students and interviews with the teachers at an elementary school in Prague. In the conclusion the issues of indiscipline, different views on the techer's solutions of indiscipline and other important factors, which students take as positive or negative in teacher's beviour are summarized. To maintain maximum efficiency of the work, it depends on attitude of both sides - teachers and students. Display of indiscipline from elementary teachers perspective

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to map expression of indiscipline at elementary schools and is describing teacher's perspective to their competencies in solving indiscipline problems. This thesis is divided in theoretical and practical part. In theoretical part is described basic theoretical knowledges related to indiscipline at schools and approach to discipline at schools. Practical part elaborates on show of indiscipline from teacher's perspective, which they face at elementary schools. In next part author of this thesis elaborates more on teachers feeling about facing situation, which they face at schools. In accordance with aim of this thesis are used quantitative research and questionnaire survey to collect data. As sample for surveys are used elementary schools' teachers.
Possibilities of undergraduate preparation of primary schoul teachers in the field of managing discipline problems of pupils

The diploma thesis deals with the university education of future Primary School teachers in the area of coping with the pupils' discipline problems. Its aim is to analyse the current state of teaching in this field, to find out the students' perspective on their preparation and to propose ways of solving the current situation within the Framework of future Primary School teachers' preparation and its effectiveness. Methods of a beginning lower primary school teacher in dealing with disciplinary problems

The aim of the diploma thesis is to introduce the way in which beginning teachers perceive and solve disciplinary problems. This work is divided into two parts. The first part deals with the theoretical knowledge that includes the characteristics of the child at primary school level, the personality of the beginning teacher and the teacher in general, discipline, imprisonment, educational problems and the theoretical idea of solving school problems. In the second part, we rely on the results of a mixed research survey, which was carried out through quantitative and qualitative research. Quantitative research seeks to find out what disciplinary problems are going on exactly where teachers face problems, who or what helps them most, about what types of children have preaching problems, and how teachers address the issue of religion. Qualitative research deals with specific issues and a subjective approach to their solution. The diploma thesis is based on the GAJU institutional project (GAJU 154/2016/S) "Preparing students and fresh graduates of PFU to solve educational problems of pupils."
The readiness of beginning teachers in primary school to solve disciplinary problems in the class.

The thesis is focused on exploration of beginning teacher in primary school, and in terms of its readiness for a meeting with pupils' discipline problems. The aim of the thesis is to determine the level of readiness of beginning teachers in primary schools to solve disciplinary problems in the class. The other goal is to consult the undergraduate training of beginning teachers, and answer the question to what extent they are prepared for disciplinary problems in practice by the college. Another goal is to determine the real readiness of beginning teachers to solve problematic behavior of pupils, and in terms of real and outlined cases.
