Obytová, Eliška ; Kouřil, Karel (referee) ; Sedlák, Josef (advisor)
Bachelor thesis deals with realization of 3D face model using modern methods, including Reverse Engineering and Rapid Prototyping. The bachelor thesis explains in detail the basic concepts that are important for the understanding of the issue. In the practical part, the bachelor thesis describes in detail the process by which the face was made. Readers familiarize with the process of face digitization, scanning and subsequent printing on the uPrint 3D printer.
CNC Laster Cutter Integration with ERP information system
Černocký, Libor ; Lacko, Branislav (referee) ; Dobrovský, Ladislav (advisor)
This bachelor's thesis deals with the compatibility of production machines with the information system in the context of company digitization process. The theoretical part analyze the structure and variability of information systems. The principle of the laser and the characteristics of the most used types of lasers in CNC laser machines are described as well. There is also a definition of the popular term called Industry 4.0 from the perspective of digitization. The practical part presents the researched company from its beginnings to the present. There will be specified current control systems and production facilities which will be interconnected into synchronized control modules in design of the ERP information system. The SWOT analysis will show what effect the proposed information system would have, especially from the point of view of digitalization of the company.

Methodological guide and digitization of gear pump
Ševčík, Ondřej ; Nevrlý, Josef (referee) ; Nečas, David (advisor)
The aim of this bachelor thesis is to provide a methodological quide of U10 type gear pump. In the first part of the thesis, analysis of individual pump components including its main parameters is presented. The next part is focused on the identification of the defect suggesting the instructions for the reparation. All the operations such as dismantling, inspection, reparation, and assembly are described in a detail in a form of the technological processes. After the reparation, an operating test was conducted to verify the functionality of the pump. In addition, all the components of the pump were digitized by using SolidWorks CAD system. The last chapter provides FEM analysis of the cogwheels contact. For this purpose, computational system ANSYS Workbench was used.
Analysis of risks of digitisation of production in an industrial enterprise
Vínovský, Jan ; Polzer, Aleš (referee) ; Rozehnalová, Jana (advisor)
Industry 4.0 is also currently known as the "fourth industrial revolution" or the "digitization of industrial production." Like other industrial revolutions that have already taken place during human development, the latest brings a large number of changes and new methods or technologies that aim to facilitate and make human work as efficient as possible. The final work explains what the "fourth industrial revolution" is, its basic principles and methods that are already used today. Furthermore, this work examines the extent to which Industry 4.0 is introduced in the Czech Republic, the EU and the world, and how it is regulated through legislative frameworks. An analysis was then created focusing on the risks incurred and proposing a solution.
Digitization, Automation and Transformation of Business Processes Using Cloud and Business Intelligence in a Small Company
Rajský, Marek ; Pehal, Jaroslav (referee) ; Dydowicz, Petr (advisor)
Business digitization is the next stage in the development of modern companies and industry 4.0, which go hand in hand with the development of information and communication technologies. The Internet is no longer just for information retrieval, but with IOT, automation, and cloud deployment, businesses can do significantly faster, more efficient, and cheaper analog process execution than they do to form and together form a business into digital form. With digitization and IOT devices, businesses collect large amounts of data that may not make sense at first glance, but business intelligence tools can aggregate them into graphical reports, which can then be used by managers to evaluate business metrics and then guide business strategy. Together, the elements of IoT, automation, digitization, cloud and business intelligence form a digital enterprise.
